School project to project our school

This one is my school's miniature model I made with a classmate as a school project. The project's main idea was to create something that could be added to our school's museum we are now building. Even why the high school were I study is one of the oldest in town, sadly we didn't have a museum until now. Others contributed with informations about Kostandin Kristoforidhi's artistic life  (the person after whom is named my school), or school's achievements through years.
Among several topics we chose to recreate the building of our school in smaller sizes. Sleepless nights, tiring days, but in the end the result was what we had in mind since from the beginning. (However, I'm sure we wouldn't make it right without daddy's indications. He's an artist and knows things better.)
I wanted to do this so badly because we're leaving next year for university and this will always remain in there. And secondly because this is so going to be attached to my "dossier jaune" when to apply for architecture.

Something old, something new

Today, with a group of other students we had the chance to visit, guided by an italian history professor, different places in Elbasan that we see almost everyday but little do we know about them. It took us a whole day to get around our castle and learn new things about it. Tiring but fun too, except of the raining part though.

DIY of the day

Yesterday I found in my grandmother's closet this purple shirt. I spend lots of time in her closet actually! She was very stilysh at her time, and fortunately she hasn't given away her clothes like other people normally do.
I thought it needed some rearrange as it was way too purple, so I gave it a new color, a golden one. Now it looks better I think..

Happy New Year

Italian people have an expression: "Natale con i tuoi, capodanno con chi vuoi".
Last night it was New Years eve and I stayed home with my family until midnight, waiting for the new year to come. We ate dinner near the chimney while watching TV as well. Our menu for the night was rice, turkey, meatballs, french fries and different salads and for dessert bakllava. Though we didn't eat much I'm sure I've gained a few pounds because of the greasy dishes.
And then, on the stroke of midnight hour I went to a party with my friends.
