Trick or treat!

On this Halloween eve, I couldn't think of anything better than some tart à la citrouille. 
Sugar is very important this time of the year. 


Recette:
For the dough:
250g flour
1 egg
2 spoons of cold water
125g butter
1 vanilla pouder sachet
1 baking pouder sachet
a pinch of salt

For the mixture: boil half a pumpkin with 3 spoons of suger and make it a puré.

      Per brumin:
      250gr miell, 1 veze, 125gr gjalp i shkrire, gjysem pakoje puder pjekjeje, 2 luge uje te ftohte, pak kripe dhe nese do mund ti shtish pluhur vaniljeje.
      per puren, zijme nje gjysem kungulli me tre luge sheqer. i vem ne tepsi dhe i pjekim, per gati 25 min :)
